Some of the most basic things through our lives require us to find balance. From our first steps we accepted that effort and time to master the tasks was important and valuable. In the same way, we need to find balance in our everyday life. Without good nutrition we become tired and exhausted very quickly, without sleep we can become irritable and fractious in our thinking.
This section of the course is designed to help us learn how to find a physical balance in our life with good nutrition, exercise and an awareness of how our thought processes and our bodily health are deeply intertwined.
Finding individual skills to help us fuel our own body, as well as eating together as a group and learning from each other, allows us to approach daily life with a purpose and balance.
