We all rely on energy to help with some of the simplest tasks to get us through the next day, hour or minute. Kettles, lights, cars, phones, etc all need either plugging in, refuelling or recharging on a regular basis. In the same way, our body, mind and spirit might not function well without appropriate fuel and stimulation.
In this part of the course we explore new ways of recharging and fuelling ourselves ready for the day, the week or the rest of our lives. Activities include things like Tal Chi, kayaking and guided walks in the woods.
Collectively accessing the energy around us can help us to see the way that relaxing and recharging can become part of the same process.
